This was made very relevant during the Covid-19 crisis which prevented an actual physical shopping experience for many people. THE CHALLENGE
The Arty Card Company don’t have showroom outlets and rely solely on promoting their business and products online. They needed a website which was able to showcase their many card designs as well as providing easy steps for customers to make purchases. With at least 12 different categories of cards they wanted a simple, yet vibrant site that clearly illustrates images for each category from Nature to Fantasy themes. It was also important to incorporate easy navigational and inputting features for customers to write their own personal messages for their cards. Secure payment functionality was required to further enable payment and inspire customer confidence in that everything would be taken care of.
THE SOLUTION
Wight Square focussed on simplicity as the key to clearly define each category of card/greeting on offer. At the click of a mouse customers can easily select the category they’re after and browse the inspiring galleries of images. Flexibility of design has also solved the issue of customer interface capability. Pop Ups have provided a reassuring feature that offers the customer an opportunity to ask a question or obtain advice as required. A simple and protected online payment system was also incorporated for secure payment transactions.
